Ana Inácio
Secretary of Administration
Ana Inácio

Holds a Pre-Bologna Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from IPAM – the Portuguese Administration and Marketing Institute. Ana Inácio began her professional activity at Turismo de Portugal, IP, as an assistant to the Director of Financial Services. After a brief stint at Tecninvest – Techniques and Services for Investiment, S.A., where she carried out administrative duties, she returned to Turismo de Portugal, IP, as Secretary to the Administration. In this role, she has accompanied the creation of TC Turismo Capital – SCR, S.A. and TF Turismo Fundos – SGOIC, S.A., and subsequently taken on the role of Administrative Assistant.

Carolina Manuel

Carolina Manuel

Holds a degree in Business Organization and Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and after successfully completing the Advanced Marketing Program for Executives from GIEM/ISCTE, Carolina Manuel has almost 20 years’ experience in the area of ​​corporate incentives, managed by IAPMEI. With extensive experience in all the operational incentives areas during the QCA III, QREN, Portugal 2020 and Horizonte 2020 programs, she has worked in the back-office and overseen operational management to support the project analysis and monitoring teams. Carolina has also developed content regarding incentives for institutional promotion.

Maria João Cardoso

Maria João Cardoso

Holds a degree in Business Organization and Management from ISCTE-IUL, as well as a Postgraduate Degree in Project Management from UCP. With over 30 years experience in the field of tourism, Maria João Cardoso was part of the Specialized Support Office for Tourism Companies, an Advisor to the Board of Directors at Turismo de Portugal, IP and a Coordinator for the Financial Innovation Program for Tourism. At Turismo de Portugal, she has been the Coordinating Director for Investment Analysis and the Monitoring Department, and a member of the Monitoring Committees and Management Units for the various financial incentive systems of the Community Support Frameworks. She has worked as a consultant at several companies.

Maria João Torres Silva

Maria João Torres Silva

Holds a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon (FDUL), as well as a Master’s in Rehabilitation Architecture and Urban Centers from the Faculty of Architecture (UL). She has also completed Post-Graduate studies in Legal-Administrative Sciences (FDUL) and in Planning, Urbanism and Environment Law (Law Faculty of the University of Coimbra). Before joining Turismo Fundos, Maria João Torres Silva worked at the Directorate General of Tourism and at Turismo de Portugal, IP, as a legal advisor. Since 2014, she has been responsible for compliance at Turismo Fundos, a position she accumulates with advising on the company’s internal legal advisory commitee.

Pedro Almeida

Holds a degree in Finance from the Instituto Superior das Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa (ISCTE). Pedro Almeida has been the Administrative and Financial Director at TF Turismo Fundos – SGOIC, S.A. since June 2012. He started his journey in Tourism when he joined the Financial Department at Turismo Fundos in partnership with Turismo Capital – SCR, S.A. in 2009. He was responsible for the MSF branch’s – SGPS, S.A Finance Department in Ghana. His professional career began at Refrige, S.A. in the Budgeting and Reporting department and he has taken part in several professional training sessions, namely in the areas of money laundering and terrorism financing, as well as taxation in real estate.

Pedro Rebelo

Pedro Rebelo

Holds a degree in Business Management from the European University and a Bachelor’s in Advertising and Marketing from the Escola Superior de Comunicação Social de Lisboa, as well as a Post-Graduate degree from ISCTE in “Top Management in Hospitality and Tourism”. Pedro Rebelo is enrolled in the Order of Economists, and the Order of Certified Public Accountants. He has acquired diverse business experience through companies linked to the real estate construction and tourism sector. He also has experience in the public and private business sector in the financial and procurement areas. He worked at multinationals HP-Hewlett Packard, ROFF, Norsk Hydro, and Santa Maria and Egas Moniz hospitals in Lisbon before joining TF.

Rita Lavado

Rita Lavado

Holds a degree in Tourism Business Management from ESHTE and Post-Graduate studies in Real Estate Investments from ISCTE – Executive Education. Rita Lavado started her professional career in 1999 at Turismo de Portugal, IP in the Investor Support Office. From 2008 to 2017, she coordinated the Team of Tourism Agencies and Activities, taking part in the development of projects such as the National Tourism Registry and, later, coordinating the Team for the Valorisation and Promotion of Tourism in the Interior. From July 2019 to April 2020, she took on the role of Management Advisor at TF Turismo Fundos – SGOIC, S.A.

Rita Magalhães

Rita Magalhães

Holds a degree in Economics from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics, as well as Postgraduate studies in Real Estate Management and Finance from CEMAF/ISCTE. Rita Magalhães took part in the first edition of the Advanced Management Program for Companies in the Tourism Sector (PAGEST), promoted by Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics. She has over twenty years’ experience working with real estate investment funds, and more specifically managing and overseeing real estate portfolios, assembling and analyzing investment opportunities.

Henrique Ferreira

Rita Magalhães

Degree in Accounting and Financial Administration by ISCAL, in 1996, and post-graduation in Management Control and Performance by ISCTE/INDEG (2011/2012). Advisor to the executive management of TF – Turismo Fundos, SGOIC, SA since March 2023. Between 2019 and 2023 he was a member of the Board of Directors of IHRU, IP. He was an adjunct to the members of the Government with the Culture portfolio between 2015 and 2019. In 2014 he was advisor to the National Parliament of Timor-Leste for the area of Financial and Budget Management. Between 2007 and 2010, he served on the Board of Directors of OPART, EPE. He was Financial Director of IHRU and INH between 2012 and 2014 and between 2003 and 2007. Respectively.

Pedro Santos Moreira

Pedro Santos Moreira

Holds a degree in Business Organization and Management, Post-Graduate studies in Business Sciences and, more recently, in Real Estate Investments. He also holds a Master’s in Human Resources Policies and Management and a PhD in Management from ISCTE-IUL, where he has been a University Professor since 1998, lecturing Master’s and Postgraduate courses on the subjects of Leadership and Management. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors (executive) of TF Turismo Fundos – SGOIC, S.A. since July 2016 (following six years as the Managing Director (June 2010 and June 2016). He was non-executive director of TC Turismo Capital – SCR, SA between June 2010 and February 2012 and Chairman of the Board of Directors of OPART, EPE between May 2007 and May 2010. He is also the author of the books “Leadership and Network Culture in Portugal – success stories” and “People Management: trends, qualifications and training.

Gonçalo Domingos
Real Estate Funds Management Department
Gonçalo Domingos

Holds a degree in Economics from the Autonomous University of Lisbon (UAL), post-graduate studies in Local Government Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon (FDUL), and in Economics and Public Policy from ISCTE. Gonçalo Domingos has specialized in the Management of European Structural Investment Funds by NOVA IMS. He has worked in the Investment Support Department at Turismo de Portugal, IP, evaluating investment projects promoted by public and private entities. He carried out the duties of technical officer in the Planning, Strategy and Internal Audit Office of Alenquer Municipality. He has also worked at various companies and industries in the logistics and retail areas (TNT and SIVA) and in management consulting (Deloitte).
